Hi,
My friend request VPS:
Any virtualisation as long as Centos, (or Ubuntu, Debian) will run.
0.25 core or more (it won't be doing anything intensive)
128MB RAM + 128MB SWAP or more
5GB HDD or more,
1 IPv4,
250 GB data will be enough, but more OK
50Mbps port or more
Europe, West Asia or USA (better if east coast)
Company selling VPS preferably based outside Europe. Wants to avoid Europe based LLC/companies.
Budget around $5/ year, Can pay yearly.

Above budget of approx $5 +/- and business is in in EU too. I am looking for EU/Asia/USA server but providers business should be based outside EU .
I'm pretty sure 5$/yr doesn't even cover an v4 address.
you wont get a full ipv4 but you can get a nat : https://lowendtalk.com/discussion/193899/khanwebhost-now-buy-kvm-ovz-vps-in-11different-locations-buy-2gb-kvm-vps-in-just-10-30-y/p1
Can be above or below this figure or near...
There is this one from https://lowend-deals.xbit.win/ but OOS
Atomic Networks
1GB CHI B-KVM Slice
1 vCPU (E5-v3)
1GB DDR4 RAM
20GB NVMe SSD
1TB Bandwidth
1x IPv4, /56 IPv6
1Gbps Port
Chicago, IL-USA
$6.49 / year
and VPS4VPN had a 512MB LXC for $7/yr but it is also OOS.
Bring back @Virmach $3.49/year deals
Too much config required with NAT for what my friend wants to do.
If you are ok NAT VPS(not dedicated IP), these are good choices to you
Gullo's Hosting
NatVPS.net
ReconV
KhanWebHost
Well, I wish you luck. IPV4s just cost a pretty penny, which is your issue. Nat or IPv6 VPS is easily doable for $5 a year. Your specs are very modest, yes, but IPv4 a company has a limited supply of..

Maybe I just wait to see if they come back into stock... or some other provider has something similar. I have a thin client which I could give him which would work perfect as home server but again config is a bit too much for friend and I don't feel like doing tech support.
That was a BF special from Atomic Networks, so it's unlikely to return -- at least not before the next BF
For the record, whoever is behind https://lowend-deals.xbit.win/ may have gotten it wrong. As far as I can tell, this VPS did not come with an IPv4 for this price. If one wanted an IPv4, it cost +$3.50/year. See:

(Even so, it was a great deal)
@sh97
Yeah $5/y is not really realistic these days. The lower bound even for promos pretty much seems to be $10/y. Maybe something at $8-9 could still turn up occasionally but that's pretty much it i fear. Below that there's only NAT offers.
Let's all blame @sh97: Bhuuuu!
But it might actually be a good strategy, that of luring people in with impossibly attractive and expired offers! It's deliberate brilliance!
Also for the record, I assume that it was an honest error on the part of @sh97
I was thinking, that an email stock notifier hooked into an LET offers aggregator page that lists expired offers properly marked as expired sounds cool. It's an idea that I might work on. But it's not in my TODO list at the moment. My aggregator hasn't attracted much interest so I'll leave it fallow for a while.
Hey @asterisk14 we can offer for this price in our UK Site with a IPV6 but that price wont even fund for the IPV4 your requesting ,
Indeed, it was.
Before adding, I had made sure the offer actually existed and the price was correct, but I did not notice the fine print for additional pricing for IPv4. Traveling right now, but will update the website ASAP.
Good catch @angstrom!
