Is there any plan to implement IPv6? Thanks

Will IPv6 be available, and are there still deals in California?

IPv6 is on the roadmap an expected to be available soon. We are planning some to add inventory in LA in the next few weeks.

Why is it that nearly every provider that does not provide IPv6, says we plan on implementing it soon, and continue to say it year after year. I guess that's why it's called ColonCrossing to some.

Most providers who have told me when they have plans to roll out IPv6, they usually follow through. I've had a few say they have no plans. Only three I can think of off the top of my head seem to made promises for years and never really seem to care enough to get it done. I can think of a worse case however, a couple providers I've seen have wanted to charge extra for an IPv6. No serious provider lacks IPv6 these days except in a few rare cases (i.e., exotic locations).

  • Thank you for the deals, thus the offers still active ?
