Debug in rescue mode for the broken drive? Request KVM and check on what step it does not load?
Hetzner anyway will tell you that you have self-managed servers and they can just check the hardware.
The most obvious thing is firewall misconfiguration. I doubt that drive failed but as @CalmDown already pointed out, Hetzner dedicated servers are not managed thus your best bet is to use rescue mode or request KVM using admin interface.
Ask for KVM and see what happened.
Yeah request lara it's free for 3 hours, otherwise reinstall server
The issue was with Kernel panic and server not booting...after that db of plesk is currupted and I really don't understand what happen all this mess!
This morning I reinstall the server.
who is lara?
Lara, a local courtesan, to calm your nerves.
Lara = KVM
nono lara is ur local christian friend
lara is lara desu!
Sorry to hear your kernel was panicking
Maybe some therapy would help it deal with the anxiety of being a server. I imagine life in a datacentre must be quite claustrophobic!
Is this from their auction server? With Ryzen CPU?
I've heard some of their Ryzen CPUs have issues with hanging/crashing.
Have you had first hand experience with that?
Yes I do.
The one specifically from auction.
No buy normally and has ryzen i9
I format and reinstall server
Can you get into rescue?
i pay a freelancer and tell me it was a kernel panic and after that plesk bd is currupted
Sounds fishy.
I have the same impression...and I have an application a bit difficult so now I move it on another vps.
