Hi, please I am looking for a VPS to test builds of Windows 10 and 11.
Ideal requirements:
upload your own ISO
hourly billing
gigabit network
unlimited data transfer
SSD or NVMe drive
snaphosts
I now have Hetzner, but they don't allow upload of Windows 10 and 11.

I'm in a mess right now and can't search for this, you can have a look at this thing I made last night.
The website doesn't provide all the info you requested and the inventory is limited to ~1000 VPSs at this point. In this data set, the support for uploading custom ISOs usually corresponds with Windows support.
Every link therein is of course an affiliate spamfest.
