Optimal Server Location and Setup (DMCA)

Honestly, I'm not sure what to title this discussion, so please go easy on me if it seems misleading.
Here's some important info: this is all about dodging DMCA issues.
I run a comic website and host my application (API and Frontend) on a Singapore VPS.
My image server is on EU (chose it for the unlimited bandwidth). I use Cloudflare for caching the image so latency isn't an issue.
Here's my dilemma: I can't find any DMCA-ignored VPS services in Asia. I've heard about Shinjiru, but I'm not sure about their reliability. Previously, I've used BuyVM and Incognet.io, and they've been solid!
So, I'm considering a couple of options:
- Keep my Frontend in Singapore and use either BuyVM or Incognet as a reverse proxy for my frontend, serving it behind Clownflare.
Here are ping tests from my test server to both providers:
Incognet (NL)
64 bytes from my.ip.ad.ress: icmp_seq=1 ttl=55 time=170 ms
64 bytes from my.ip.ad.ress: icmp_seq=2 ttl=55 time=168 ms
64 bytes from my.ip.ad.ress: icmp_seq=3 ttl=55 time=175 ms

64 bytes from my.ip.ad.ress: icmp_seq=2 ttl=44 time=254 ms

64 bytes from my.ip.ad.ress: icmp_seq=4 ttl=44 time=253 ms
- Host my Frontend closer to the EU or inside a DMCA-ignored server.
- Stick with Shinjiru.
