I had checked with Ovh, and they are providing 2GB of RAM vps for 1.14$. I had grabbed Singapore VPS, but there are no offers for India locations. thank you for suggestions my friend

Read what they have to say and understand.
You may get an offer eventually within your budget. But that will really be too good to be true where the provider may be shady (yes that's possible and no one will be able to save you).
It's better to be realistic and try some advise people have provided rather than sticking to what you feel your budget is.
Just repeating your requests multiple times will not help.
Everyone wants the cheapest deals here. Including myself.
But being realistic and think about your future customers... do they really have to suffer through. A shifty provider who closed doors without notice?

I posted a request, not for suggestions. We are getting a German location, VPS, for €2 at a cheap price. So requesting an India and Singapore VPS for €1 or €2 monthly is nothing wrong. . If you have any offers related to India or Singapore VPS, let me know. If not, don't reply. Just ignore the posts if it troubled my friends.
In the Asian region, bandwidth and other resources are much more expensive compared to the US/EU, making it impossible to offer the same level of service at the same price.
Of course, you can post such a request, but it's important to set a realistic budget if you truly want to acquire a VPS. If you're unsure about what an appropriate budget would be, you can honestly state that, and there are providers who can offer advice on that.
If you cannot increase your budget, consider using Oracle Cloud's Free Tier.
If you can increase your budget, please provide a specific budget. This will make it easier for providers to make offers tailored to you.
