Which RBLs do you use?
After Skiff shut down, we rolled our own mail server with Axigen. I'm trying to figure out which RBLs to subscribe to. Axigen is quite aggressive - emails from any listed IP will bounce.
0spam seems to be helpful. I remember Spamhaus having a lot of controversy. We were using SORBS until we realized it was blocking Mailgun and some O365 IPs. But I don't think 0spam on its own is enough. What would you add? Barracuda?

Use this instead, monitor a bunch, its what we use. Needs some work still, but so far works like a dream: https://github.com/alsyundawy/blacklistmonitor
Don't blindly use any RBL, even trustworthy ones. All of them have false-positive, so what I would recommend you is scoring approach. The defaults used by rspamd looks sufficient for me.

This has nothing to do with filtering incoming spam
none, yolo!
Yes, that's just a blacklist monitor.
Yeah, I read the OP's request wrong, thought he wanted monitor. It happens
