I know there has been a lot going on regarding IO tests. I will give an answer that I am sure is not satisfactory to some people. But it is just the nature of the service. The results are going to vary because you are sharing a service with other people. They may be using it a lot or they may not be using it much at all. Sometimes you get lucky and your neighbors are friendly. Sometimes not. We monitor the nodes and try to be proactive to remove people that are going beyond the scope of the service. We load balance new orders, but it doesn't guarantee future usage. We are doing as much as possible to keep everyone happy, but unfortunately that is not possible.
Would you be able to say what the setup of the drives are? Is there any raid?
Is there any point where you would agree that the IO is too congested where a ticket would be warranted in your view?

@lnx What happened?! My Ohio Ryzen VPS went down an hour ago.
I register about a 40 Min downtime in Ohio around that time but appears to be resolved now.
Missed this one, added the bandwidth for you.
I experienced two server crashes within a week, lasting about 20 minutes. The first one was on the 20th and I had to manually restart, and the second one was today. Can you provide any uptime guarantee? By the way, my server is located in Ohio @lnx

I feel like a broken record, but our DC partner in Dallas has let us down again this month. I am looking at new colo providers in the area to try to make a seemless transition as possible. More information will come once we have solutions in place to migrate services.
