Im looking for 13900k or 7900x in EU, mainly central.
I need a reliable provider that cool their hardware properly to eliminate the risk of thermal throttling,
As im currently with Hetzner where the cpu runs at 70-85 degrees under 50% load, and it constantly thermally throttles.

Did you contact there support, doesn't sound normal how your server is performing
Yeah I did, They said they only guarantee base clock speed. Tried twice, both times they didint care, been with them for 3 years, they don't value their customers. When I was being DDoSED and I setup ddos prot, I was asking them to change the IP as the main public IP kept getting hit, they said, that this month you sent more data than received, therefore we dont see the attack.
