@Vebble, I am (very) new here, and I bought the server and moved some of my websites there. So far, it seems good. A quick question: Will it be possible for me to upgrade the package if I need to (using the upgrade downgrade link)? Will the system honor the coupon in that case? Thanks - (i was looking for a reliable SG VPS and that's why i joined here)

The promo codes are unique per order. So when you upgrade the plan, it won't be applied automatically and revert back to normal billing price. In case you want to upgrade the plan along with the promo code applied, you will have to create a ticket for it as it is a process that will need to be done manually.
