2U server colocation(preferred in the EU)
Greetings!
Looking for colocating a 2U server that will be used as VMs backup server.
Should have flexible electricity calculation, I have no idea how much power would it consume, so prefer to pay the electricity in the second month.
The provider should be able to provide 2x 10Gbps in a LAG. And calculate bandwidth usage per TB(Prefer incoming unlimited).
The incoming bandwidth usage won't be abused, also wouldn't be used at peak times.
The server will be shipped with its Rail Kit
No budget in my mind :P

Colo at lowendprices is pretty much non-existent. There was a provider who sold really cheap racks in the US, but I think they deadpooled. If you want to go lowend-basement style, c1v is your guy. Just don't expect that much uptime. But there just arent any basement colo providers other than that.
HE (Hurricane Electric) in Fremont California have been running a special offer for a long time where they provide a whole 42U cabinet, 15A power, and Gigabit internet connection for $400/month. Not too bad if you split it across some friends. I don't know how much it costs to upgrade to 10Gbps though.
I see! Yeah, if I recall correctly the provider I meant also had space in fremont. Now, where do I find colo friends
