Cheap Provider for a Free Game Hosting, US and EU

I'm looking for a relatively cheap provider to host some Minecraft Servers, as I'm making a free hosting the funds aren't that big.
The hardware can be old, as servers won't be performance-heavy.
I only have some requirements:
Between 8-32GB of RAM, needs to be upgradeable.
At least a CPU to RAM ratio of 1 core for each 4GB of ram.
Minimum bandwidth of 250mbps and at least 2-5TB of data cap.
Preferably in the US, EU can also be an option

At the time I'm using Hetzner Cloud, with their ARM CPUs.

Hi @Grentenville, if you're looking for a machine with lots of RAM/CPU to allocate to free clients, you might like this offer: https://atomicnetworks.co/e5-2680v2-dedicated-server

We have lots of clients currently using our machines for similar use cases :)
