Our attorney confirmed with local police there's no report of such an incident. The accuser is 13, which casts doubt on the claim, further evidenced by the moderators removing the post. It's illogical for our company to commit a felony over a suspended account for bandwidth overage. Its also not standard practice for police departments to print out a police report and type one up on scene, usually they would jot down notes and provide a incedent number. We also attempted to reach out via email regarding the police report matter which we got no response.

Hi, police don't type and print out a report on scene plus it would be extremely dumb for us to do that since it could be easily tracked. I personally had our attorney reach out to the police departments in that area to find out if a team member really did this or not and no police report was found. If you read the huge thread he states he's only 13, there's a reason why the mods took it down

Yes, they do. And that's exactly what it would look like. People swat all the time and find out later actions have consequences.

I can tell the individual is 13 because the statement mentions you called it to his mother's house, Nathan Brockman.

In the United States, it's rare for police departments to draft a report on the spot and provide it directly to individuals involved in an incident at the scene. Additionally, one has the option to submit a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request to the respective police department to obtain a copy of the report. However, it has been noted that, in this particular case, legal counsel was unable to locate any record of such a report. They were informed that the police departments in the specified area did not file a report or record a call corresponding to the described event during the indicated time frame.

😂 wtf are you talking about? The statement timestamp even matches slightly before the thread was posted. It's 100% genuine, I'm not going to go back and forth with you.

Anyone with half a brain would never give you their personal information. You literally swatted a 13-year-old who was your customer.

It's illogical for a company to engage in swatting while in discussions with an individual, as this would immediately draw suspicion to the company itself. Furthermore, the absence of any police inquiries towards our company suggests this report was fabricated. If this really did happen why werent we reached out to, provided a police report, or anything related to the such?

If this happened why didn't we hear back about the incident after requesting a police report regarding the matter? I provided a screenshot of our last email conversation where we didn't recieve a response. We have hundreds of happy customers https://www.trustpilot.com/review/goodleafdev.com if you google Atlanta Georgia police report it looks nothing like what he provided.

It's funny you said Atlanta, Georgia, because the police report doesn't even mention it. Makes me feel like you're even more guilty.

By the way, that is a literal victim's statement. They got on the scene for a welfare check on an emotionally distressed person with a gun and found a 13-year-old who was a victim. They will always give the victim a copy of the report if they want it.

You live in another state. Of course, state police won't do anything across state lines. It's up to the feds to do what they want with it.
