Hostbrr is a scam.

I bought their server on March 1st, 2024. Now. I cannot connect it via ssh. And my service is down.

I opened an Emergency ticket last night, but it's been 12 hours. The ticket still has NO reply.

I will call my bank and get the money back.

    What kind of fucking twisted logic do you use?
    Service was working for 20+ days, support didn't reply within 12 hours and you already calling it a scam? H O W?

    Also knowing people like you you probably bumped that ticket every 30 minutes so it was put on the end of queue, constantly.

    Next time buy something with SLA and listed support response within 5 minutes. You can do it, just do it!

    what % time did you have service up and running this month?

    Now, go back and read terms and conditions

    I have multiple VPS services with HostBrr (billed annually) and will continue to recommend his services based on my experience

    Today I ordered a small storage VPS, instead of the order confirmation I got a white page - so I reloaded which seemed to order a second one. I cancelled one and paid one invoice, but the other one is now pending. @labze could you please fix this? (Ticket already openend)
