Looking for a DMCA ignored storage vps for seedbox hosting with price under 10$

I need a dmca ignored storage vps for seedbox hosting.
storage must be 2tb or more hdd.
bandwidth unlimited (preffered)
supports linux quota for multi user access.
I'll use private trackers but if not possible private tracker is also fine.

You can also just use a normal vps and proxy your p2p traffic in swizzin

SOCKS5 you can configure it with swizzin just search the docs of swizzin it's somewhere there.

But better is to run it trough a VPN. That should also be possible with swizzin, install wireguard

Could you explain? Does he just mean that if private tracker wouldnt be possible it'd also be okay? Because to me it sounds like: yeah, I use a private tracker, but if I ain't allowed to use a private tracker, I'll use a private tracker.
