Looking for R7 storage dedi

Hello everyone,
I'm looking for dedi with AMD R7 or higher, requiring at least 60TB of HDD storage(expandable), 64G ddr4, and NVMe boot drive. Ideally, the location should be in the US. Any sugguestion of offer? Thanks. :)
Currently I'm using Hetzner SX series, but the network is not ideal.
