Finding Cheap Storage VPS in Swiss or Netherland or Norway with Dedi IP

Requirements:
Over 500Gib Storage (HDD, SSD, NvME everything okay if has normal speed) and IT'S SCALABLE.
Dedicated IPv4 (static)
For spec if its too enough for run debian with FastPanel. It's good.
Unmetered Bandwidth (for portspeed, probably over 500mbps is good)
No Port Blocking (allow all ports to be open)
Scalable Storage (can mounted to /) and no need to upgrade others such CPU, RAM. (only storage is upgradable)

Budget Monthly: 10$ - 15$

Purpose is do Shared Hosting on it.

p.s: If you are Web Hosting Provider and can do reseller hosting(cpanel, directadmin, fastpanel) with scalable disk with unmetered bandwidth & users It's works for me too.

No, it's for storage you can mount with RClone, then you can buy a small VPS located in swiss or whatever you want will save you a lot of money.

Yes, that's what I thought too, but then he also wants a dedicated IPv4 and stuff. I'd guess because it sounds good for marketing, because you know, switzerland + norway good for privacy [tm]
