Looking for Finland VPS

Hello. I'm looking for Finland vps for 1-2$/mo (15-20$/yr max), cheaper is better. Just need IP4, 1tb/mo+ bandwith, 1Gbps+ port, min 256mb ram. Cores, hdd doesnt matter.

Maybe Hetzner resellers, cause it has good FI vps.

On LET I found HostBrrr provider, but in FI he has cheapest deal of $3,75/mo (for storage plans, which actually i do not need), for my usage it is too expensive.

I'm trying to google but there is no good results...

This is the cheapest that I found in Finland, including from HostBrr, but the price is a 1-year offer. The renewal price increases after the first year. If I expand the search to the whole Scandinavia I get this from Sweden instead, at €2.17:

That'd likely be hard due to their IPs costing €1.7/month alone. Maybe someone tunnels IPs but it'd be unlikely in that location.
