People often think “Anonymous VPS” means “DMCA ignored, bullet proof hosting”. Might want to clarify that to avoid a lot of potential chargebacks and unhappy customers.

wouldn't KYC, AML hit you sooner or later?
KYC and AML is not mandatory if you're not a financial institution, Credit providers, VASP, Insurance company and other related business categories.
Also we do ask for billing information for credit card payment.
Once you get enough abuse reports on your servers, Hetzner will absolutely stop doing business with you. Especially if they find out that you're not doing any kind of anti-abuse. There's a reason most providers ask for this information.
We have hundreds of servers with Hetzner, we get our fair share of abuse and are always transparent with them and fix the abuses as soon as they arrive. Not having KYC also doesn't mean we don't have strategies in place to minimize abuse.
