Your post is very vague. Are you wanting high performance/high cores, or some little shit box that is pennies to the dollar so you can start your host up.
Bandwidth requirements, location, literally anything more then just 128GB RAM and 4TB SSD would be very helpful in actually getting you what you need.

Still very vague. As well as there is no budget listed. People can offer say a 7900 - 128GB DDR5 RAM 2x 2TB NVMe or a random ancient opteron - 128GB DDR3 RAM - 2x 2TB SATA SSD.
