Looking for EU VPS with good connection speed

Hello.
I've just looking for EU VPS KVM/OVZ IP4/IP4NAT (NL,DE,CH,SE,NO,DK) with good ping and max connection speeds (600mbits+) to such countries like Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Russia, Kirgizistan.
For personal wireguard VPN connection. KVM|OVZ doesnt matter. Only the speed is important and price no more than $2,5/mo, maybe yearly plans for $15-25|yr
I've tried Hetzner (speeds are 300+ max), but its $4/mo, expensive
I've tried Virmach (speeds are 500+ max), $5, expensive, and its virmach, no service and work 2 days a week, not good for business
Contabo DE (200+) - not good
HostEons DE (150+) - not good
And many other...
All my tests show me that not only a country or 1gbps port is important, but also datacenter.
I'm tired of experiments and just loosing money and time, maybe anyone have the same problems and can help me? I understand that EU-ASIA is not about speeds but Virmach can give 500+, so I think not everything is bad.

If all I can do in this case is continue to buy vps and make tests, please tell me a good variants you know...

Maybe it is a good deal even if DE hetzner, but its for ip6 only, and IP4 NAT starts from 2,75, I think it too expensive for hetzner NAT.
