Finding Cheap VPS located Japan Or very near to Japan
Pricing should be under 15$(if is under 5$ its so great) per month.
Unmetered Bandwidth is required (because its for reverse proxy)
IPv4 is required and No KYC.
For other requierments, It should have average support plus average service.
( there are many companies in my country that has not average support and their pricing is higer than average, SO I don't wanna get any stress from it so I said "it should have average support" )

Unmetered and Asia don't go together - if you specify a budget, you'll get some offers.
Aeza.net might be of interest, they have "unmetered bandwidth" in Hong Kong.

This is the cheapest you can get for Unlimited bandwidth in APAC basically, I doubt there's any provider that can give you 10TB at minimum for your budget.
Aéza has hourly billing, so you can give it a try for a few hours only. I've pushed way over 100TB a month in their Moscow region and never got a single complaint about abuse.
KYC not required, not even a phone number. I get less than 60sec responses in Telegram from their support, I guess it's good

Sounds like either Aeza or use a provider in US/EU.
Seattle is around 85ms from Japan, not too shabby but HK should work much better it's only 40ms away.

GreencloudVPS has locations in Japan and Vietnam but no unmetered.
You probably won't get a ton of replies for Japan as most Japanese providers seem to cater mostly to the local crowd and i don't think LET has much of a Japanese population.
Very hard to find one with unmetered bandwidth in Japan, especially for the budget you listed.
