I've been a Kuroit customer for a little over a year. I have VPS in almost all of their POPs.
Some of the sites have been "bumpy", however, that said, service and support has been world class. Day or night, I can contact support with an issue, and usually within 5 minutes it is resolved to my satisfaction. My use cases involve small VPS that must deliver ultimate performance with low latency and very low jitter. Kuroit has provided this.
