I need unlimited(unmetered) bandwidth and good spec one. (disk is around 25gb~)
I am finding VPS provider allows paypal or via stripe payment- and no KYC.

Do you know good one?

Server should located in US

I am looking for under 3~5$/m in monthly billing one.

    If you are looking for a specific AUP or whatever then you should specify that.
    Like this you are just asking for a vps that is in the US, unmetered and under $5. The market is filled with these and there are reviews in threads.
