Find cheap dedicated servers in Europe

Germany and the Netherlands are best. I can also accept other locations in Europe, cheapness is the most important thing.
The required configuration is as follows:
CPU: 24 cores or better
RAM: 256GB /384GB DDR4
Disk: 2*2TB NVME
Bandwidth: 50TB
IPV4: /29
Purpose: virtualization

Budget: 240 USD/ Mo

edit: hetzner and ovh are not on my radar.

Not sure if any of them can do it at THAT price, though.

    Wasn't Hetzner selling 128gig dedis for 50€?
Maybe 100€ and you be happy at Hetzners.

    edit: 128gig is 35€ and 256gig is 45.70€
Need to pay up for the NVMe and IP's though.

    https://www.hetzner.com/sb/#ram_from=256&cpuType=AMD
139€ just need to add the IP's
