Cannot get support from HostSlick

Hello guys. I'm here to ask something. I have a one year service from hostslick. However, I cannot use my VPS. SSH seems working fine but not accepting my password. Other than that, I cannot change my password. Cannot reboot it, cannot connect to panel, so basically it's unusable for me. I opened a ticket around 4 days ago. First answer came within 25 hours that states it will be fixed in 15 minutes. No fix was implemented. I also DM'ed the HostSlick account within LET but there was no answer from there either. Is this normal procedure and happens with all providers out there? If there is any HostSlick officials see this, my ticket number is 227143.

    It seems like there is a problem with the VPS panel, Virtualizor. I also got the same reply "we are fixing the panel and should work within 15min". Since February, and it's still not connected

    Some our subscriptions for licenses where not working.

    Then i replied and re-enable all affected from Virtualizor Account immediately. But my account got Blocked for "suspicous Activity" and their Support asking stupid Questions all time. "Sir but i See this license active"

    Yea this one but i cant make Others active when my Account got Blocked.

    Which i needed time to solve. And It should be since this morning.

    Same. Their billing system is dog-shit. I'm here to defend you on this.

    I found out some months ago that we had some licenses with multiple subscriptions and was over paying Virtualizor some couple hundred dollars a month EXTRA. I cancelled all subscriptions and manually pay each license and it's such a PITA. I get blocked from their system all the time. They don't make it simple to determine what subscription is for what license, etc. A real mess.

    Anyway, good luck with OP. I'm just here to say that Virtualizor's licensing / billing system sucks.

    Do you consider a backup system to integrate? As I see, this is not the first time that virtualizor fails like this, and I would assume it would not be the last.

    No. Read my Post again.

    its about licenses. Not about any system failure.

    Case:
    license expired. Auto renewal no worked.

    Result:
    VPS are up but Control Buttons virtualizor Control Panel of affected Server no work.

    Virtualizor stops working.
    VPS are up but control buttons aren't working.
    Customer cannot reinstall VPS.
    Host blames Virtualizor and won't issue credits.

    737 MAX is grounded.
    Aircraft door is open but flight cannot take off.
    Passenger cannot travel.
    Airline blames Boeing and won't refund ticket.
