Hello. As a customer from 2019 to present, I have felt very poor after-sales support in my history.
My server has been in the process of resetting the system By supporting the work order, I did not receive a reply within 8 hours. I used a web chat, but they did not resolve it quickly. Instead, customer service created a work order for me. So, does this issue need to be resolved within 24 hours? Work order number ID 165612 @antonpa
VPS server is reinstalling. You will receive an email notification upon completion. Reinstall usually takes 2-3 minutes. We will accelerate it!
