btw, good speed, inexpensive are relative terms, values for which no one but yourself knows. One should state budget and expected storage on requests.

Hetzner Storage Box max out with 1gbit SFTP be sure you use port 23 activate it in the panel otherwise the speeds will be slower over port 22

Yes on rclone, open a ticket. No WebDAV. Yes you can upgrade.
