Must not have been brief if it took more than an entire business day. Anyways, thanks for updating me on the situation, even though this is not the proper venue. At least I know more than the "Once a team member is available, they'll handle your issue." response that was provided just a few hours ago, some 2 1/2 days later.

Was this Thursday the 28th? Maybe I'm the unreasonable one but I don't think it's crazy unreasonable, especially for a low-end provider, to take more than a day to give a proper update to a ticket.
Personally I'm surprised to see any support offered during the Easter holidays.
Considering that I posted on March 3, no that would not be the case.
Since you asked, please allow me to give an update on the ticket. It was responded to on March 9 stating that they were still awaiting a response. Sadly, nothing but silence since then. I have requested a refund of my prepaid funds that were still available at the time the ticket was placed. We'll see what the response is.
