Cheap VPS for inbound email server

Hi guys, I'm after a cheap VPS (around 10 - 12 EUR per year or equivalent paid monthly) to run Mail-in-a-Box. MXroute will be used for outbound. I need at least 1C, 1GB RAM and 15GB storage with IPv4 and IPv6. I prefer EU for location, but US can work too. Bandwidth use will be low if that helps. This will be for personal use only.

Thanks for that, went with Hizakura. Just trying to get them to unblock port 25 now.
