Looking for a VPS

Hi LET,

I want a relatively cheap (around 4 usd) VPS that can meet the following:

at least 2 cores (1 core is terrible)
at least 2 GB ram
ARMv8 or x86-64-v3
at least 32 GB of SSD disk (software raid for redundancy on their end)

As far as network goes,
I want both IPv4 and a IPv6 /64
100 mbps with 1TB bandwidth are enough for my use
not on Hetzner's network (I use them, but I want redundancy from them)
anywhere on west/central/north EU is fine, I can work with US locations but I'd prefer not to.
DDoS protection not strictly needed, but of course nice to have

I want a web based console access or some other way to have encrypted remote console (so no clear net VNC please), and the ability to upload custom ISOs.

Ideally billed automatically, monthly.

I want a good enough track record, and to be able to expect them to be around for a good few years.

I almost thought I had it with netcup with their VPS 200 G10s, but they seem to hide CPU flags making it fail to meet x86-64-v3, and their ARM servers don't have low end options.

Help is appreciated

    I found this one but it's an AMD Epyc (2 cores) not an Intel. I don't understand if that's a requirement or a preference. It meets all other requirements, custom ISOs, etc.

    @sthosting / https://st-hosting.com/ is probably a bit above your budget (well at least their KVM offers - LXC would somewhat match) but they are pretty reliable, have a nice (non-Hetzner) network and modern CPUs (according to their site all nodes are AMD Threadripper). I'm not 100% sure about custom ISOs (their old panel used to have this functionality but my VMs with them have been running like forever by now and there's always voodoo install through rescue system).

    Crap, you're right it's a reseller. However being an indirect customer at least mitigates against payment card rejection, false-positive payment fraud, ID verification with Hetzner, etc.
