Good point. Involvement of IPXO is a major bummer with that location in general.
Edit: Only 1 of their 4 /24s seems to be with IPXO. Still, i wouldn't want to get one of those IPs if i were to order a VPS. Also lookingglass is not working at all for me.
Unfortunately, I found out that have 2 /24s of them are from ipxo.

yes, it s not cheap but In Moldova, the tariffs for Internet business ( for us ) are very high and because of this we are forced to charge such a price
