Adobe Media Server 5 livepkgr slow

Hi,
I recently installed Adobe Media Server 5. The normal live-app is working great, just as FMS 3.5. However, I want to have HLS-support, so I need to run the livepkgr-app.
I just followed the instructions. After reconnecting Wirecast (or Flash Media Encoder), it keeps playing a previously recorded clip, instead of going to the livestream. Besides, the livestream is really laggy at m3u8. I think the delay is up to 60 seconds, which is really bothering me. The quality of the video is really bad, while with the same presets, the quality of the live-app-video is really good.
Does anyone of you know how to fix this? I use the Windows version.
