Contacted the service provider about the transfer and they allow it with no fees and renewal fee is kept the same (after sending the payment simply register for a free account and we both open a ticket on my account and yours for the transfer process to begin from their end)
Bought this VPS for a client which has postponed production phase, and since the project will stay in development for a while, keeping this VPS would be a waste of their money.
