business email provider that supports cold emailing?

I plan to cold-email targeted B2B leads for my startup. 10 domains. 3-4 email users per domain. I plan to restrict emails to 25 emails/user every day. In addition, I will assign 25 emails/user daily to warm up to keep the IPs clean via an industry-standard warmup tool.
I know these numbers are quite low compared to most cold emailers. But that's because our leads are targeted towards our niche.
Any recommendations for providers other than G-Suite or Microsoft365/Outlook?
