Bandwidth will be your major issue.

Thanks brother. But i need 4/5$/month offer.
That's way too low for 10TB bandwidth and especially on asia. Their bandwidths there are expensive
That's impossible. Absolutely impossible in Bangladesh.
bangladesh location is very rare, but very intersting loc choice
Okay bandwidth can be 5TB. No problem. But price must be 4/5$/m
The least you could do with $5 is 2TB which is already very generous. But if someone is running a charity here then they could probably offer you unmetered (very unlikely).
Good luck though
At least 3TB
Even local provider cant give you with that price
Maybe raise budget and go with OVH

2vCores and 4Gigs of RAM is not suistainable for any provider in general in asia. Hardware costs, Network costs are very high. I recommend you to check for a local provider if they can.
Local providers overprice the shit out of their infrastructures. The cheapest VPS'es out there are located on the popular DC landmarks, the cheapest one in middle asia might be pakistan, in southern asia is mumbai, southeast asia is singapore, and east asia is tokyo/japan.
Maybe try one of those locations @jgo24. For singapore u can easily find 2TB 1vcore 2g for 5 euros on kuroit
But bangladesh, $5 for 3TB with 2vcore and 4gb ram? Impossible. That price range will usually go beyond >$10.
Edit: OVH has no bangladesh DC's.
OVH doesn't actually have servers in Bangladesh, it's just one of those SEO landing pages. They want you to buy VPS in Singapore or Sydney, and the cheapest two plans have 1TB/mo bandwidth limit @ 100Mbps, then 10Mbps unmetered after. See the fine print.
I would go for Singapore or india. But i need BDIX server to speed up my plex experience. I will only run plex in that server nothing else.
