Can anyone offer cheap VPS in Poland with a gigabit uplink?
Payment in BTC.
Maybe, if the quality of the network is good, we would like to bring a /24 subnet for an announcement.
No Cogent uplink; other upstreams are fine.

It will be hard to find a real datacenter with crypto payment in Poland. You can check mevspace.com and artnet.pl (but you will need to send a request for a quote).
Mevspace is a good pick but they never have VPS in stock. There are hosting providers like RDP.sh that sell VPSes from Mevspace.
Mevspace and RDP.sh both accept crypto.
