There is. Older MySQL, some cpanel features missing.
It's a big upgrade to perform and it's likely to hit some roadblocks while it runs.

Why do many web hosting providers limit the number of domain names when they're already have a limit on the amount of storage? (Given additional add on domains used by customers cost the provider no extra.)
