Well, I quickly went through vpsforvpn's/ @dapavn current sales thread and found, uhm, attention please, ... NOTHING ... strange. About the only factor that one might consider potentially problematic is their (mostly) seemingly low low prices, which however even if they actually were ultralow could be easily explained by their desire to gain visibility.
On what tangible evidence/data is that based?
Btw, if you like to be surprised research how many us-american, indian, and other non-romanian and non-turkish providers are suspected, or even known, to scam, be summer hosts, having scammed their former employer, etc ...
