Disk Space: 500GB-2TB + SSD-cached with minimum 100GB if it is an HDD.
Disk Type: can be full SSD, an SSD-cached HDD or an enterprise SAS.
Bandwidth: 10TB minimum
Port Speed: the higher the better, but I was looking for something well above 100 Mbps
DDoS Protection: differentiator if it's included for free
Number of IPs: 1 (can be exclusively IPv6 with 6-to-4 tunnel, or IPv4+IPv6, IPv4-only services not wanted)
Location: exclusively North America - USA or Canada.
Budget: Max 8 USD/month, the lower the better.
Billing period: Monthly or quartely, yearly can be accepted with a very relevant discount and a track-record of at least 2 years of the provider.
