    I'm tired of seeing only Tampa & NYC DC vps offers on your website
    where are all others locations vps offers? over 1 year now when you bought heficed and i see no offers !!

    LA is also available now. Frankfurt is next and we expect to have that live in late March. Legacy Heficed sites are being upgraded/migrated to Hivelocity which takes some time. Here's a link to our VPS offering page which shows LA plans (https://www.hivelocity.net/pricing?computeType=vps)

    we purchased a VPS when they launched end of 2023, to try it, and test it.

    Idle till now.

    but just wanted to check it, and it seems like oversold. CPU Steal all over the place, and disk speeds have degraded a lot, it's not slow yet, but seems to be going on that way.

    when trying to use 1 core, out of 8 cores, we get 11-25% cpu steal. I expect 0% cpu steal when using 1 or 2 cores (for like 10-20 minutes) in a 8 core plan..

    Yabs when purchased was 1.200 single core and 6.000 multi core for 8 core.
    Yabs 3 months after purchase? 500 single core and 2.200 multi core for 8 core.

    Not sure who you are reffering to, i don't know any girl from Hivelocity, i did open a ticket to let them know about this, was transffered to "QA departament", and nothing new there.

    Not sure who you are reffering to, i don't know any girl from Hivelocity, i did open a ticket to let them know about this, was transffered to "QA departament", and nothing new there.

    this girl sends letters after the first month of service, anyway, I am also dissatisfied with their VPS, the rating is below average and clearly not worth the money according to the standards of this forum, you can find better for less money

    I have passed this along to our VPS Team so they can take a look and correct anything that needs it. Appreciate the feedback. I believe we are standing up additional hypervisors this week and doing some rebalancing. If you want to DM me I can have someone contact you directly if you wish.

    I'm not sure which payment method you tried. We go through a verification process to keep our network and you safe. If you used paypal and your paypal account is not verified and/or the email address you used to sign up did not match your paypal email the system can trigger additional verification steps. The other verification option is providing an ID. You can DM me your client ID and I can look up your order if you would like.
