and the conversion ratio doesn't make sense, unless you have a fixed set of fees for all payment methods.

On the VPS order page you can open Looking Glass (located below the list of locations).
We have UNMETERED traffic, so 10 Mbps of monthly BW (at 100% channel load) equals 3 TB of bandwidth, most often other providers will give you 500 Mbps or 1 Gbps with 500 GB/mo up to 1 TB/mo (maximum) for the same price. So I think it's a good deal. We will make plans with a traffic limit and high speed a little later.

That would be great. 10 mbps is just too low for many scenarios.

If the bandwidth was like 20Mbps and I could pay using RUB using a more favorable exchange rate that would be nice.
Right now it seems the rate they are imposing is 16.67 USD for 1000 RUB.
VPN for Mobile device for example.
It would be nice if you could make a choice between HDD and SSD for an additional cost. Either 10 Gb HDD or 5 Gb SSD for the same money for a choice.
Mechanical disks really suck these days.

You can reinstall the OS; use the ISOs directly from the service-management in the Personal cabinet; change the location; or make an upgrade to the regular-plan from Promo at any time.

Will the change location be always available for all available locations? Old promo plans used to allow to move everywhere and once they were removed from the main website, only Russian locations were selectable.
Scroll down main page and you will see - Looking Glass - option in Support column.
On the VPS order page in the “Location” section.
IPv6 is supported on any plan.
Would be cool if you could select it like that
