@Levi, what e-mail server you have? zimbra?

You could try EFA anti-spam also, kinda on the same level as Proxmox Anti-Spam

Isn't it just a GUI on top of stock SpamAssassin or have they done more for it these days?

Well, thay did, customization wise, you have acces to a lot of settings over GUI that can bee done swiftly, rather then editing /conf files.

Even the free version is a good product. works out of the box.

EFA on the other hand needs a lot of tweeking in files to get to the same level as PROX Mail Anti-Spam.

    EDIT:

There was one we used a long time ago, MailCleaner, might worth looking into?

I enjoy their stock rules and the self serve quarantine. Other than that, there are the additional community rules that seems to be working really well. I barely see any spam these days, literally dropped from hundreds of spam emails a day to nada :)

Self-hosted is not an option. That would be VAS (value added service).

    So far found:

    SpamTitan
    SpamExperts
