Seek Canadian or Delaware servers
I am a refugee of LIMEWAVE. I've been using his service for almost three years but since last year the drama has become more dramatic and I didn't know it would come to this.
So I need a server whose location is in Canada or Delaware(maybe rare)
The preferred configuration is at least 1GB RAM.
My budget is around 15 USD/year.

@pork007 It might be slightly out of your budget, but I have a VPS with Smarthost that is currently idling. It has a recurring 40% discount from their Independence Day sale last year.
It is a Block Storage VPS, you can optionally add additional block storage (as an upgrade option) if you want. There is none added at the moment. The 40% discount is applicable to the block storage upgrades (or any other upgrades as well).
