    As advertised, the dedicated server deals presented for our Chinese New Year sale, come with 10gbps uplinks. The bandwidth is limited to 200TB/mo of data transfer, and if you post the order number, we will bump it up to 400TB/mo total data transfer for free. The 10gbps ports are not oversold, however keep in mind that there are some recommended optimizations to get the most out of a server with 10gbps connections.

    Recommended 10Gbps Linux Optimizations

    Add to /etc/sysct.conf then issue the 'sysctl -p' command to apply the changes.

    If you are downloading/leeching content that is subject to U.S. copyright laws, and you get DMCA notices sent to us for copyright infringement, your service will be disrupted and possibly cancelled. Since we are a US based dedicated server provider, all US copyright laws must be followed.

    However, if you're downloading/leeching Linux ISO's, for example, which are freely available, I don't see why that would be an issue.

    The top of rack switches which support 10gbps servers are either uplinked via Nx40Gbps or Nx100Gbps, depending upon the switch.
