  • Insanely underrated provider. You can't get this amount of SSD storage anywhere else outside of budget dedis (much slower CPU) and the likes of Contabo/Netcup (oversold, latency issues, slower CPU). Reliability/uptime is prem tier too

Yes, I'm willing to put in a good word for Oplink, they obviously have a good network connection and focus on pure SSDs.

That said, I noticed that Stash says 100TB of data here, but the portal says 50TB, which is correct? @oplink

Nice offer but I still regret missing the $9.95 5TB deal last year. :'(

Agreed, this is an outstanding provider, they are good guys and provide excellent, professional service. Business-class, production worthy IMO. And these prices are great for what you get. Definitely worth the money.

We have a full rack dedicated to VPS products in our cage at the DC. The rest is Server Colocation and dedicated servers, we have 24 racks in total in our cage. High Storage SSD VPS is pretty limited, as NVME + 7950x nodes are what's popular.

We hope you give us a try!

    Thanks

Need a bump for this thread. I don’t know why that some real good suppliers never get real attention in LET.

I have a 4 core 7950x VM from @oplink since a few months, zero downtime, Geekbench scores high and stable as f*k. Multi-core scores are at least 20% high than other 7950x VMs I’ve got from other suppliers.

I only wish @oplink would provide similar promos soon.

Oplink doesn't make a big circus show here, and there's no controversy or scandals with them either... but instead they just offer solid products at reasonable prices with very good performance. I get it, that's their approach, which is totally fine, and it works for them, even though they don't get the headlines of some other LET providers. And I'm not saying one approach is better than another. There are indeed other providers here that offer solid products too (I've been thrilled to discover them here, thank you LET!), but a few of them will get more action here since they also offer entry-level products to pull more people in, and then even fewer still know how put on a great show...

So it's just a different business/marketing model, a different strategy. Nothing wrong with that. I'm fine with Oplink being what they are, solid and conservative in that sense, very little flash and bling, and I hope they continue to stay professional and straightforward like that at their core. Now if they wanted to add a little pizzazz, that's fine too, but PLEASE not at the expense of their solid products and great service!

Exactly. They're one of the hidden gems on LET. I don't want to name some of my other favorite providers on LET to distract from this thread, but I'd put Oplink right up there with the top providers here for sure.

Also one of the best in LET. I really have nothing to complain about them.

  • Some suggestions,

    • Add extra ram as an option (e.g. 250 nvme + 1 gb ram)
    • Start selling in Europe as soon as possible :)

NVME storage is already in the cart on all AMD plans

Memory we require you upgrade to the next package first.

    Extra NVMe Storage **250GB **+$5/month
    Extra NVMe Storage **500GB **+$10/month
    Extra NVMe Storage **750GB **+$15/month
    Extra NVMe Storage **1TB **+$20/month

+1 for Oplink. They totally deserve to be known more. Their deals are insanely amazing as well as their uptime and network. I'll keep the deal I got from their last promo for the long term.

  • unfortunately it's just US,
if it's EU I'm sure many people will be going crazy over it
US have very high latency, I think that's why the demand for US location is low
