in the last day I have problem with amazon ses...my account it's under value for "spam issue" I'm very sad about this....but now what I can do?

Perhaps you should fix your spam issue first.
try brevo, 9000 emails free every month. or sendgrid, mailgun.
Office 365 allows bulk spam these days
SES doesn't handle spam for you, hence the LE friendly prices.
Any provider that does, is going to charge much more and won't be LE priced.
So you have two choices:
1. Fix your spam issue and contact SES support
2. Pay someone a lot of money to handle all your mails, spam and everything

Try Oracle mail services a few cents cheaper but subject to SPAM suspension on all of these services.
