Need to find VPS with location in US

Keep looking for servers in US
CPU: 1 core
Ram: 1 - 2 GB
Disk: 10 -15GB
Bandwidth: at least 20TB or unlimited
IPv4 + IPv6/48 or /64
budget less than 5$
any suggestions for the above configuration or not?

    I searched the US but couldn't find a good match at that budget. With unlimited bandwidth I found that in Canada ServaRica has (no aff)
