Why not go their online support and ask your question?
I cant imagine what kind of support you would need with OVHCloud. Its self managed. They dont even give advice how to install applications cause its waste of time.
As for discounts, lol good luck.
It's few times per year and not upon request.

But you can't demand where they'll communicate with you, unless you're a big spender.
If you're a longtime customer and spend a fair amount, the best deal I've managed to get out of my rep was clearing out the setup fees. I appreciated it. You can check their holiday sales too, sign up for newsletter, servers go on sale once in a while and you can get a good deal.
when we used to use OVH before we moved to colocation using our Own Servers's and network kit , we did have a point of contact at OVH , but was advised unlessd your spending Upwards of 10k a Month on servers and your account is at least 6 months old they wouldnt even consider any discounts.
Even OVH there self advise again there support plans (there own staff) saying its a rip off.

by default you get there standard 24/7 support but for outages only
Buy from OVH US, they have most of the regions now incl. Singapore (used to be only OVH US regions).
We spend 1/10th of what we do at OVH CA/FR and the support is 10x better.
If you spend at least $500 for 6 months, a sales manager will contact you and you can negotiate some deals.
