What exactly is this?
Each Project you create in our cloud console, gets its own isolated dedicated private network.
This network is shared between all compute instances (of the same project) and across all of our datacenters.
You (or for example your office) can then connect to this Network, via VPN (currently we only support wireguard).
Allowing you to access the machine(s) privately.
If you still need or want your instance completly Public, its possible to attach a Public IPv4 to a each instance (2.51€/month/ip).
Theres plenty of use cases, where not all of your servers needs to be public available, allowing both sides to save costs also it lowers possible attack vectors.
The "APN" is free of charge, to make the Internet a little better
